APRIL 5 – EASTER – Astronomically the first full moon after the Spring equinox. The origin of the Easter Bunny, hares and eggs can be dated back to the 13th century in pagan German history and are all symbols of the rebirth of the earth and life.

APRIL 12 – ORTHODOX EASTER – Orthodox Easter takes place following the first full moon after Passover because, according to the New Testament, the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ took place after he entered Jerusalem to celebrate Passover.

APRIL 22 – ISRAEL’S INDEPENDENCE DAY – Yom Ha'atzma'ut, Israeli Independence Day, commemorates the declaration of independence of Israel in 1948 from British colonial rule.
APRIL 23 – TAKE YOUR DAUGHTER AND SON TO WORK DAY – It is the day when the kiddos see what mom and dad actually do for a living.
APRIL 24 – ARBOR DAY – Go hug your favorite tree without being “WOKE.”
